STEP 1:
Complete an application with Issachar Capital Group. Your agent will complete this on your behalf.
STEP 3:
Wire funds to Issachar Capital. You will receive your “Acknowledgement Letter” confirming receipt of funds in

STEP 5:
Discuss with your agent what you would like to do with funds going forward. Options include full withdrawal of all principle and interest, rollover some or part of principle and/or interest into the next project. When your loan has reached maturity, Issachar will request your direct deposit information for return of principle and/or interest.
STEP 2:
Sign your “Memorandum of Indebtedness” (MOI). Your MOI will arrive via DocuSign. View Sample MOI
STEP 4:
Funds will be assigned to a project. You will receive your “Welcome Letter” outlining the details of your loan in 1-2 business days. View Sample “Welcome Letter”
STEP 6:

The Process
STEP 1:
Send Advanta IRA your current IRA information. Email your Agent a copy of your most recent statement of IRA funds from the current custodian along with a copy of your drivers license.
STEP 3:
Sign Your MOI via DocuSign. You will receive your “Memorandum of Indebtedness” (MOI) via DocuSign from Advanta requesting your signature. (approx. 5-7 business days).

STEP 5:
Receive your Welcome Letter. Once your funds have been assigned to a project, you will receive your “Welcome Letter” outlining the details of your loan. (approx. 1-2 business days). View Sample Welcome Letter
STEP 2:
Complete your IRA transfer with an Advanta Agent. An agent from Advanta, IRA will reach out to you to complete your IRA transfer form. (approx. 5-7 business days).
STEP 4:
Receive your Acknowledgement Letter. Once funds have been received by Issachar Capital, you will receive your “Acknowledgement Letter” confirming receipt of funds. (approx. 2-3 weeks depending on the current custodian).
STEP 6:
Stay updated through your Agent. Your Agent will keep you apprised on any updates.
